All blister fillings can be recovered
by uding this machine except glass product filling
like vials,ampoules and soft gelatin capsules,etc. |

In the case of products blisters
filled in thermoformed PVC film and sealed with
HSL coated aluminium foil,output efficiency as hog
as 90% can be achieved .This reduces to 60% in case
of recovery from glass-lined paper foils. |

Maximum safe recovery of products
is assured from packs comprising of PVC film with
maximum thickness of 0.2 to 0.3 mm, sealed with
aluminium foil having maximum thickness of 0.02
to 0.03 mm.More thickness of either or both materials
may affect the efficiency of the machine. |

The machine can recover products
from packs with a maximum width of 110mm.However,there
is no restriction on the length of packs.(width
can also be increased on special request.) |
